Two reasons. First, leverage: RefreshAgent — software I built and run — gathers and checks the evidence that junior analysts would otherwise bill hours for. Second, structure: no account managers, no office overhead, no handoffs. You pay for senior time and shipped work, not the machine around it.
Is there really only one plan?
For done-for-you SEO, yes. The free diagnosis triages whether managed is right for you, and bespoke projects exist by discussion if it isn’t. But there’s no menu of tiers to decode and no upsell ladder.
What’s not included?
Ad spend, creative production, website rebuilds and third-party tools. Active ad management is available only as a separately scoped experiment. Everything else on the managed page is in.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The first phase is 90 days, then it rolls monthly with 30 days’ written notice — see section 10 of the agreement.
Do you guarantee rankings or enquiries?
No. Search performance depends on competition, your offer, your site and other factors outside my control. I commit to an agreed process, shipped work and transparent reporting.
How does billing work?
By Stripe subscription in GBP. Subscribing starts billing; I then email you within one working day to confirm scope, access and start date. VAT applies where required and is calculated at checkout.
