The agreement behind the work.

Managed SEO growth as described on /managed: investigation of demand, visibility, technical and content issues; implementation of an agreed monthly improvement queue; measurement and a monthly progress review. The written scope confirmation we exchange before billing defines your priorities, site(s), and any exclusions. Anything outside that confirmation (including ad account management, creative production, development beyond agreed changes) needs a separate written agreement.

The initial term is 90 days from the agreed start date. After the initial term the agreement continues month to month until either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice. Notice takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

£1,195 per month, billed by recurring Stripe subscription. VAT applies where required and is calculated at checkout. The subscription starts after we confirm scope and start date — applying via the contact form does not start billing. Failed payments pause delivery until resolved; access to reporting may be suspended after 14 days overdue. Additional performance commissions apply only if agreed in writing.

Access to your website (or your developer), Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, plus a point of contact who can approve work within five working days. Delays in access or approvals move the delivery schedule by the same delay.

Each month I propose an improvement queue; work ships after your written approval. Production changes are coordinated with your developer. You remain responsible for your website, backups and business decisions taken on the basis of the work.

Channel research, readiness and planning are included. Active ad management, campaign production, ad spend, creative, and third-party tool costs are separate and need their own written scope and budgets.

Search and paid performance depend on competition, your offer and pricing, your website, and factors outside my control. No rankings, traffic, enquiry or revenue outcomes are guaranteed.

Each party keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential and uses account access only for the agreed work. Search Console and analytics data is used to deliver and report on the services. Either party may ask for access to be revoked at the end of the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

Either party may end with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 90-day term. I may pause or end for non-payment (14 days overdue) or misuse of access. On ending, the subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid month, access is revoked, and a final progress summary is provided.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
